Plain English Summary
By using FlipProfit, you agree to: use it honestly, not abuse the system, and pay for what you use. We provide the service as-is and can't guarantee 100% uptime. You can cancel anytime. If you're unhappy in the first 30 days, we'll refund you—no questions asked.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using FlipProfit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use FlipProfit.
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
2. Description of Service
FlipProfit is a SaaS platform for resellers that provides:
- Product scanning and profit calculation (scout feature)
- AI-powered listing generation
- eBay sales data synchronization
- Inventory and profit tracking
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time. We'll notify users of major changes.
3. Account Registration
To use FlipProfit, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old
- Provide a valid email address
- Create a secure password
- Not share your account with others
You're responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, email team@flipprofit.online immediately.
4. Pricing and Payment
Free Tier
All accounts start with 5 free scans per month. This allows you to test the scout feature.
Paid Plans
Current pricing: $45/year (billed annually via Stripe)
- Paid plans include unlimited scans, eBay sync, AI listing tools, and profit tracking
- Founding members who sign up before we reach 500 users lock in $45/year for life
- After 500 founding members, the price will increase to $180/year for new users
Price Lock Guarantee
If you sign up during the founding member period, your price is locked at $45/year for as long as you maintain an active subscription—even if we raise prices later.
Billing
- You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method annually on your subscription date
- If payment fails, we'll notify you and your account will be downgraded to the free tier after 7 days
- You can update your payment method in your account settings
5. Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're unhappy with FlipProfit for any reason within 30 days of your first payment, email team@flipprofit.online and we'll issue a full refund—no questions asked.
After 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at team@flipprofit.online if you have an issue.
Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. When you cancel:
- You'll retain full access until the end of your current billing period
- Your account will automatically downgrade to the free tier (5 scans/month)
- Your data will be preserved—you can reactivate anytime
- If you're a founding member and reactivate later, you'll keep your locked-in price
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the period ends.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Abuse the system (e.g., scraping data, making excessive API calls, or using automated bots)
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use FlipProfit for illegal activity (e.g., selling counterfeit goods, tax fraud)
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise FlipProfit's infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute FlipProfit's data or services
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
8. Data Accuracy
FlipProfit pulls data from eBay and Amazon APIs. We strive for accuracy, but:
- Data may be delayed or incomplete due to third-party API limitations
- Profit calculations are estimates based on your inputs (COGS, fees)—verify before making business decisions
- We are not responsible for financial losses due to inaccurate data
You are responsible for verifying data before purchasing inventory or making business decisions.
9. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we can't guarantee FlipProfit will be available 24/7. Downtime may occur due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we'll notify you in advance)
- Third-party service outages (Supabase, eBay API, etc.)
- Unexpected technical issues
We are not liable for losses due to service downtime. If you experience extended downtime, contact us for potential subscription credits.
10. Limitation of Liability
FlipProfit is provided "as-is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for lost profits, revenue, or data
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party services (eBay, Stripe, Supabase)
Use FlipProfit as a tool, not as your sole business decision-making system.
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Fail to pay for your subscription
If we terminate your account for cause, you will not receive a refund.
You can request account deletion anytime by emailing team@flipprofit.online. We'll delete your data within 30 days (see our Privacy Policy).
12. Intellectual Property
FlipProfit owns all rights to:
- The FlipProfit software, website, and mobile apps
- Our logos, branding, and marketing materials
- Any code, algorithms, or proprietary technology
You retain ownership of data you upload (inventory, scans, listings). We will never claim ownership of your data.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where FlipProfit is registered.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration (unless you're in a jurisdiction that prohibits arbitration clauses). We'll try to resolve disputes informally first—email team@flipprofit.online before taking legal action.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service as FlipProfit evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email at least 30 days in advance.
Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
